This month marks 16 years of Green Man Gaming! 16 years ago, we set out with a simple, disruptive idea: to make digital games more accessible to everyone. Today, that vision has grown into a global ecosystem that supports millions of players and thousands of partners.
While we have always paused to celebrate our milestones, this year feels different. It isn’t just a celebration of where we’ve been, but a reflection on how fast we are moving toward the future.
While our 15th year was about reflecting on our roots, our 16th has been defined by growth and a deepened commitment to the industry. The last twelve months have seen us level up our ecosystem in ways that go far beyond the traditional storefront.
One of our proudest achievements this year has been the launch of our dedicated Charity Bundles. By partnering with organisations like Special Effect, Safe In Our World and Extra Life, we have contributed to gaming being a force for good, raising vital funds for incredibly worthwhile causes.
A significant milestone in our Publishing journey this year was the partnership with Torn Banner Studios (the creators of Chivalry) to bring the 8-player co-op horror sensation, No More Room in Hell 2, to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S this summer. This partnership marks a new chapter for Green Man Gaming Publishing, aligning with the game’s 1.0 PC release and bringing full cross-play support to players across all platforms. Bringing this uncompromising survival horror experience to the console community this summer is a proud moment for our team.
We also diversified our offering by introducing Software Bundles. Recognising that our community consists of creators as well as players, we launched professional-grade toolkits, such as the PVGames Ultimate 2D RPG Kit, to empower the next generation of game developers. By providing high-end assets and training at accessible price points, we are helping to lower the barrier to entry for indie talent worldwide.
Our growth is driven by people, and this year we have welcomed a wave of new hires across our publishing, data, and marketing departments. These fresh perspectives are already driving innovation and helping us refine how we support our partners.
On the business front, our Distribution Management Services (DMS) have reached new heights. We have welcomed new DMS partners, helping thrilling titles reach more regions and more players than ever before. We continue to provide the passion and data-driven insights that turn a standard launch into a long-term success story.
Our journey is inseparable from the success of our partners. Whether it is an indie studio finding its first audience or a global publisher breaking new records, we remain a strategic ally dedicated to the entire lifecycle of a game. It is this trust that earned us the 2024 MCV/DEVELOP "Retailer of the Year" crown, and saw us shortlisted once again for both Retail and Distribution honours in early 2026.
Entering our 17th year, we are focused on the next frontier of the gaming experience. Our focus has shifted from simply building an environment to refining a high-performance, data-driven ecosystem. We are moving faster than ever to ensure creators have the tools they need to scale and players have a direct line to their next obsession.
